Do not start a battle with someone who will take you against an idea that you will express in your work or studies, you could end up losing the argument and answer in an uneducated way after this, avoid the conflict. Time to evaluate your friendships and what they are contributing in your life, if you end up discovering that you are losing more than you gain, rethink this friendship. It is not good that you always think the worst of people, many have good intentions with you and pretend to have a much closer friendship with you, do not be an incredulous person with this.
It is not a good enough reason that you don't like a person to do something to them that they don't deserve, try not to talk to those you don't like, but don't make them feel bad or don't tell them things that are going to hurt them, you don't know what their life story is.
