You are in a very good moment to become a very important person in your company and you are realizing it, do not expect all things to change overnight, but you must be manager of the change you are experiencing in your life. Do not make business deals today, you should take a better look at what you are going to sign, so it is advisable to re-read the conditions and all the clauses of the contract. We all have the right to express ourselves and to say what bothers us, the same happens in the couple.
It is not possible that whoever is next to you forbids you to say things, you always have to express what you feel regarding all the topics you want, do not let someone else come to tell you what you can or cannot express.
